too much plushing on my mind @ 04:28 pm
I'm making a random list of Pokemon I'm thinking of making based on interest and materials on hand..
Any suggestions are welcome - I just didn't want to open requests up to anyone so I'm going to limit it to my f-list on here for now because people on DA tend to request the most random things.. XD
I haven't even made a plush for my own collection.. and I have no custom plush of this guy yet.
He'd be part of my psychic crew, sitting with poseable arms/legs to test armatures.
This would be good practice for the four legged animal pattern I've been working on! :D
More practice with four legged animals.. I also have some fur that might look nice around the collar.
Has four legs but is going to be a totally different pattern than the others.. I've always liked this guy. <3
I did Volcarona and have similar materials.. so, a possibility. Don't think he'd be too popular though, sadly.
or A pretty pokemon that would help with that snake shape. (Will probably be poseable)
I probably won't end up making all of these (or if I do, it'll be.. a long time), but I'd like to at least get practice with some of them. Just trying to think of things that are dynamic in technique and will help push me a bit. I'm mostly trying to make plush for fun right now, and wanted to use the auction slots as a way to challenge myself to make something a bit more difficult than what I'm normally comfortable with. I'm not really as strapped for cash as I used to be 2 years ago when I first moved out, so I'm hoping for this to be more of a learning experience than motivation from the money.. I think the best things happen when they are done for fun and coincidentally happen to get you places. Silly me and having this idea that things will just end up working out in the end because I am too lazy to plan. ^_^;
Also Volcarona is done and photoshoot has happened too finally! Yay for unlazing myself.
Also my auctions just ended so I'll have to work pretty hard these next upcoming weeks. Good things tend to happen when I work hard though, just have to really put my mind to it.
